It might be worth trying to find “sea squirts,” which can be eaten raw and are called “meongge,” in Korea and “hoya,” in Japan.

There’s not much that will bring back your natural hair color AND your younger brain.

One of my supplements is very definitely turning parts of my hair and moustache from gray back to dark brown; I suspect Lion’s Mane but can’t prove it yet. But whether or not it’s Lion’s Mane doing the hair thing it definitely improves cognitive abilities just as advertised.

I am reminded of a line from the 1970’s movie “Annie Hall” - “It shields out the gamma rays Max, you never get old.”

I’ve had the squirts before and didn’t like it. It made me uncomfortable.

(what’s for lunch?”)

sea squirts:

About 3,000 species of tunicate exist in the world’s oceans, living mostly in shallow water. The most numerous group is the ascidians.

One of the largest is a stalked sea tulip, Pyura pachydermatina, which can grow to be over 1 meter (3.3 ft) tall.
