Titles Of Nobility And Honor
American History, from Revolution to Reconstruction and beyond ^ | unknown | David Dodge

"If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from US Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous."

It should be noted that Lincoln was the first attorney POTUS

Evidence and commentary that the US has a pair of thirteenth amendments, an earlier one that prohibited titles of nobility (like attorney's 'ESQ') that was scrubbed to make way for the one we have now that eliminated slavery.

Just my $0.02, but a officers of the court, attorneys are part of the judicial branch and it’s a conflict of interest for them to serve as legislators. I think an attorney should have to resign from the bar and surrender any financial ties to any law practice before serving as a legislator.

the courts, judges, and lawyers work against
the US Constitution for the Crown and its Bar.

they are all guilty of TREASON being beholding
to the Crown over their Oaths.

“It should be noted that Lincoln was the first attorney POTUS”

I’m curious. Are you insane or just incredibly stupid and ignorant? Both?

From the little I read it is not clear that it was ratified by Virginia.

The posting has the smell of trying to bar Trump in 2024 because his hotel company had foreign government guests.

The text I read would have required the honor be of foreign government origin.

In reality they are typically a bunch of paper filers.

They have to get the title of judge to be part of the judiciary.

I’ve filed legal papers, but was never part of the judiciary.

The problem is the lawyers have made statutory and regulatory law so complex it takes a lawyer experienced in the branch of law to deal with the lawyers’ handiwork.

Wow, don’t know what happened!

I most assuredly did a title search, title:”13th amendment” and nothing came up. Yet, your link clearly indicates lots of posting of this over the years.

Thanks for that info!

The article refers to lawyers, however I was mentioning attorneys.

LAWYER. A counsellor; one learned in the law.

ATTORNEY. One who acts for another by virtue of an appointment by the latter.

one who attorns...

Attorn. To turn over; to transfer to another money or goods.

In common usage in the United States, they are synonyms. Wasn’t Adams acting as an attorney when he defended the British soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre?

Also, from his biography at the website of the Adams National Historical Site: “Eventually, Adams gained notoriety and became one of Boston’s most sought after attorneys.”

And a biographical sketch from the University of Virginia’s Miller Center: “By 1770, Adams was a highly successful lawyer with perhaps the largest caseload of any attorney in Boston, and he was chosen to defend the British soldiers who were charged in the Boston Massacre in March 1770.”
