What exactly is a significant amount of coffee? I think I can answer that. Years ago I used to drink 32 ounces a day. And that’s not including ice tea or caffeinated sodas.
Then one day I was wondering “Gee. Why am I getting headaches every day?”
Duh! I now drink about 12 ounces per day. And no other caffeine.

There is absolutely nothing better for longevity, reducing heart disease, prolonging onset of dementia, and avoiding virus diseases such as covid, than DAILY moderate aerobic exercise. Since I began that daily routine, my health is soooooo much better than in my late 50’s age. I am nearing my 82nd BD.
My daily routine consists of walking on treadmill set at 2 deg upslope at 25 mph with 1 lb wrist weights and swinging my arms all around. After walking 3/4 of mile, I follow up with 30 pulls of 10 kg weights on the weight machine.
My only nutritional intake is 1-a-day vitamin pill+couple of D vitmin pills. I eat lots of fast food at Panera bread, Taco bell and Arby’s. And any fruits on sale at Aldi. As for coffee, I usually drink 2 cups/day using decaf ground coffee.

I drink one 12oz mug of coffee in the morning while I do the daily cryptogram, and I grind the beans just before brewing the coffee in a single-serve k-cup for my Keurig machine, and that's it.

I’m not much of a coffee drinker.
I’ve tried to develop a habit, because I like the aroma, but I usually stop after a few weeks. I do use caffeine pills from time to time for an energy boost. These pills are 200mg each.
Hopefully, I still get some of those health benefits.

Too cups every morning. I grind them myself at local supermarket that has many choices. Been doing this for decades and am in outstanding health for an old broad. Or for anyone. More reasons I’m healthy include being slim, active, eating right, taking a handful of supplements every day.

This is obviously misinformation. There’s no such thing as light to moderate coffee consumption.
