The U.S. Supreme Court tomorrow will hold oral arguments on whether to allow the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ and Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s vaccine mandates to go into effect while appeals are heard in the courts of appeals. Sean Marotta, a partner at Hogan Lovells and AHA outside counsel, will be providing real-time analysis of the oral arguments, which will begin at 10 a.m. ET. See a preview blog here breaking down the legal issues confronting the Court and what to look for when the Justices hear the oral arguments. Visit AHA’s webpage tomorrow at 10 a.m. ET to see the real-time analysis. In addition, watch for a longer analysis piece tomorrow afternoon, as well as a podcast with Marotta and Chad Golder, AHA deputy general counsel.

My company is behaving as if it isn’t and demanding vaccine status from everyone.
Well said. In my lifetime the SCOTUS has never ceased to disappoint.
“allowed the state government of MA to mandate a vaccine”
The 1905 case allowed a $5 fine.
A subsequent famous 1914 case written by future Supreme Court Justice Cardozo established that competent adults have medical control over their own bodies.
Yup.
Just got exposed by my (vaccinated) daughter and her (vaccinated) boyfriend.
I have natural immunity from an original covid infection in Nov of 2020, which seems to be holding for now. We’re on Day 6 and no symptoms.
But I am a pariah at work who must take additional punitive actions due to my unvaccinated status.
May DC never forget January 6th, 2021.
“it’s up to the states. There isn’t a federal solution.”
Well, looks like the president already told SCOTUS his mandate is meaningless.
The Biden regime knew that his vaccine mandate for private businesses was not constitutional. It worked anyway because it got companies all over the United States to issue mandates of their own, maybe so they would be in time for Biden‘s mandate. Many of them are not backing up in their mandates.
And here’s a “case preview” of tomorrow’s hearing:
And, yes, LET’S GO BRANDON!
That would be about $160 today.
Another John Robert’s opportunity
So they hear oral arguments tomorrow. When can we expect a ruling?
I think they will illegally uphold this, we certainly can’t depend on Roberts and the entire idiot court has already had their 3rd booster. I fully expect some of them to die from this, like Santamayor who has Diabetes and other health problems.
My old employer is doing that too.

Nothing don’t mean nothing honey if it ain’t free”

Here, I’ll summarize it so you won’t have to listen tomorrow: This is the new normal. Bend over and take the injection right in the butt. Keep bowing down to the Deep state. Then lay down so that a boot can stomp your face forever.
And I’ll say it again - if the court upholds that mandated medical procedures are lawful for emergency health of the public good - then it’s legal to force women into pregnancy.
the supreme court case you refer to said that if you did not wish to comply you would have to pay a fine of about $150 in current non silver fed reserve notes iirc
My daughter has to wear a mask when she leaves her office...
People who are working remotely?? They have to be vaccinated, too?? They have to wear a mask at home?
Too loose...it gives OSHA unlimited power in regard to anything in your life connected to Covid.
