I’ve been on mega doses of D, D3 and K2 for a looong time now.

I eat all those foods rich in D3
Dr Ryan Cole did a good presentation on Vit D also.
Take vitamin k with your d, it helps redirect calcium back into bones or something if I recall right?
Me too. I believe the C, D3, Zinc, and Quercitin cocktail is more effective than the Fauci clot-shot injections. So far, so good. 👍
Emphasizing that I am not medically trained, I question if vitamin D3 had been discovered before vaccines were if medical history might have turned out better.
Insights welcome.

Sunshine, fresh air, and fresh fruit and vegetables are good for you.
Whod’a thunk it?

I take 4000 i.u. Vit. D3 daily. I don’t take Vit. K supplement. However, I eat a spinach salad 3 or 4 times/wk, probably about 2 cups per serving.
A cup of raw spinach contains 145 mcg (micrograms) of vitamin K, which is more than 180% the daily value.
Good reason to join a nudist camp.
Yeah I don’t think you need much k. It was awhile, ago that I read about it, so don’t recall it well now. I’ll have to look it up again. They sell vit d with k in it, which h was why I was taking zwhile ago.
Same here. I add Centrum male 50+ multivitamin to pick up any trace minerals and bonus C, D, ZINC.
I believe K2-7 is what’s needed with Vit. D and not the K form you get from spinach.
how much vitamin d total? If you get more than 10,000 iu per day, over a very extended period, you could overdose.
(Short term is sometimes done by docs)
Too much vitamin D can cause an abnormally high blood calcium level, which could result in nausea, constipation, confusion, abnormal heart rhythm, and even kidney stones.
