SARS–CoV–2 Spike Protein Impairs DNA Damage Repair
STUDY ABSTRACT
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS–CoV–2) has led to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID–19) pandemic, severely affecting public health and the global economy. Adaptive immunity plays a crucial role in fighting against SARS–CoV–2 infection and directly influences the clinical outcomes of patients. Clinical studies have indicated that patients with severe COVID–19 exhibit delayed and weak adaptive immune responses; however, the mechanism by which SARS–CoV–2 impedes adaptive immunity remains unclear. Here, by using an in vitro cell line, we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines.

I’ve tried to read this article three or four times and I do not get tge point. I can read pharmaceutical abstracts. This one is non sensical to me. I do not get the point.

There is more human psychology and mass hysteria at play here than logic. And typical of mass hysteria, counter-evidence does not tamp down the hysteria, it often causes it to instead ramp up.
It’s much to convince people they’ve been defrauded than it is to commit fraud against them the first time. They’ve bought in and now defend their bad choices.

I’m not anti vaccine either. I contracted shingles in the fall of 2019 and didn’t totally shake it until the next February. I wouldn’t wish that crap on anybody. I got the Shingrix vaccine as soon as I was able and would recommend anyone who is considering it talk to your Dr and do the same.
Of course that vaccine went through normal rigorous testing and clinical trials and is 97% effective for at least 4 years.
I suspect none of these covid shots can boast that kind d of safety and effectiveness.

Actually the bioweapon was perfect. What was it’s mission? It’s mission was to be very easy to spread, hard to detect, and to allow governments to become authoritarian to allow the great reset.
We are two years in, ruled by decree, and only see more mass surveillance, restrictions on movement, how you live, how you work, etc.
The weapon fully achieved its goal.

I got the impression that the vaccine stimulated spike protein (the mRNA vaccine stimulates production of the spike protein to trigger antibodies) may cause dangerous side effects.

They knew spike protein was cause of deadly Covid outcomes and yet they made spike protein active mechanism for the vaccine. Anyone else see a problem with this? SMH. Besides a no to mRNA for me, as soon as I saw mechanism was via spike protein, I felt even more sure of my decision.
My take away is the vaccine impairs cells ability to repair DNA damage. This occurs during aging process (telomere degradation). So theoretically, Your lifespan will be shorter as the cells cannot repair itself. How much shorter? Anybodys guess.
What stood out to me was that the spike protein can work its way into a cell’s nucleus, where human genes do their work. If so, it’s plausible that all sorts of havoc would ensue. That would be the case for both viral infections and for the mRNA and DNA based vaccines.
I would think, though, that it would be much less of a problem with the more traditional vaccines that are coming available, like the one from Novavax and the one from India (Covaxin). With those, I think the spikes ought to remain outside of the cells entirely.
I agree with you and your analysis. First it’s an in vitro study. That will be lost on the conga line of fake experts. Second the inhibition of BRCA 1 is of some interesting but again this is demonstrated in vitro not in vivo. Third it is curious that it states this is also a sequel to natural Covid infection.
It will be more than likely that the spike protein requires the rest of the Covid genetic code to delay adaptive immunity. This abstract is entirely about severe SARS is related to diminished adaptive immunity.
What the arm chair experts will fail fo understand or the following. One of the poor prognosis indicators of Covid 19 is lymphopenia. One would expect lymphocytosis with a viral syndrome. Absolute lymphopenoa may now be explained with this finding. It tends to point toward the reason why things might go wonky in the immune system.
But those without knowledge will now breathlessly report that this means something it does not.
