The U.S. Navy is preparing to discharge every one of its sailors who refuse to be vaccinated against the China Virus. Apparently, it isn’t enough that the Biden administration’s policies have caused rampant inflation, unemployment, crime, and supply chain issues. Or that it is in the process of gutting the nation’s transportation, public safety and healthcare sectors. Now it will gravely harm national security by forcing out up to 25% of our Navy personnel. (This after top brass tried to purge the military of those it deemed overly patriotic or too openly Christian. No wonder suicides in the armed services rose by nearly 50% this year alone.)

Either the military has the right to vax those in their employ or they dont. So are you trying to say President Trump or President Reagan should not have the right to force a measles shot on a Marine?
most people dont die from the flu. Some do. Are you saying a President Trump should not force a flu shot on the military. Flu shots are notorious for not guessing the right strain ahead of time.
With all respect, I think you’re trying to inappropriately frame this discussion with regard to absolute Presidential power, which may exist, but that doesn’t mean any decision to exercise it isn’t worthy for question.
For example, not all vaccines are safe. Some are actually very dangerous, and were quickly pulled from the market after recipients died. One of the most recent examples is the Dengue Fever vaccine.
In your hypothetical example, members of the military should not be allowed to raise any questions or concerns if a Commander in Chief demands they all be vaccinated with the Dengue Fever vaccine.
I see this as incorrect. Does the President have the power to issue that order? Very likely, but still debatable. But the bigger question you’re avoiding is, should he be able to make that order to force all troops to take the Dengue Fever vaccination, and no one be allowed to question it, for any reason?
No, I don’t believe that Presidential order is above question, or reproach.

Your argument is as odd as, “if Trump were for raising taxes, would you praise or slam him”. “Mandating” would not be in Trump’s character.
President is Commander of the military..and yes..they MANDATE vaccinations

Washington ordered small pox vaccinations..not technically a vaccine. It killed many soldiers.

Soldiers will lose this case if they try to claim they cant be forced to take the covid vaccine. Will courts allow an exception based on a protected class? Perhaps..but dont think so
I got all that already. The question I’m asking you, since you are strongly inferring it, is as follows:
Do you believe a President has a right to inject anything labeled “vaccine” into all military members, without exception, no matter what known (such as Dengue Fever vaccine) or possible side effects may exist or develop, and the military members have no right to object, under any circumstance?
Seems like your answer would be a quick and simple YES, based on your posts so far, but maybe you do see there might be some gray area that’s not so clear cut as you’re attempting to claim. Thanks.
Just to clarify why I’m asking that specific question, is because your prediction that “the courts” including the USSC will rule in Biden’s favor in these military cases hardly takes a crystal ball. Most of the lower courts have already sided with regular business mandates, and the USSC has already refused to take up two protests made to them directly.
So the root question is not what the courts may or may not rule on this, but where in your mind does the power to force injections, of any kind, end? Or does it.

None of your response answers why mandating this particular vaccination is a good idea in light of the population cohort that is in the military. You also failed to answer why the insistence on mandating vaccines for those who have already acquired immunity thru prior infection. This goes against 200 years of understanding of immunization. No one would mandate a measles vaccine for those who have had measles.
Do you know for a fact that if you tell the army that you had measles as a kid they will then waive the measles vax?

We shall see. It took some time for the ADE to appear with the original Dengue vaccines. Also check out the SPARS 2025-2028 coronavirus simulation conducted by Johns Hopkins in 2017, where again it took a couple or more years for the disastrous effects of those hypothetical vaccines to become evident as well.

If Obama declared that all soldiers had to be vaxxed with a dengue vax that was in the first clinical trial at walter reed it would not happen
However...he might fast track a dengue vaccine through the hurdles if there was a pandemic
He would have the right for national security
I am not willing to take that right away from a POTUS. They have to make many decisions..many will be problematic but they have to have the power
Then it is up to the soldier as to what happens next.
