... Results One population study and seven clinical studies were identified, which reported D3 blood levels pre-infection or on the day of hospital admission. They independently showed a negative Pearson correlation of D3 levels and mortality risk (r(17)=-.4154, p=.0770/r(13)=-.4886, p=.0646). For the combined data, median (IQR) D3 levels were 23.2 ng/ml (17.4 – 26.8), and a significant Pearson correlation was observed (r(32)=-.3989, p=.0194). Regression suggested a theoretical point of zero mortality at approximately 50 ng/ml D3. Conclusions The two datasets provide strong evidence that low D3 is a predictor rather than a side effect of the infection. Despite ongoing vaccinations, we recommend raising serum 25(OH)D levels to above 50 ng/ml to prevent or mitigate new outbreaks due to escape mutations or decreasing antibody activity. ...

Been taking K2+D3 and zinc for the past several years and will continue to do so and no jabs, ever.
No we cannot agree. Only if everyone takes part in the grand vax experiment can we move forward. Don’t you try to follow any other science. Your sources should be censored.
As have we. We wear shields not masks and have done for the last 20+/- months. We have been in lots of locales with hundreds of folks we dont know. So far so good. 😁
😂😂😂😂
There’s been several good professional articles by virologists who say masks don’t work; look at what lab workers are wearing (not the phony lab pic’s).
Get outside and enjoy yourself. Sunshine = vitamin D. Vitamin D is important to fighting off CCPvirius. Guess that is why the jack-boots in Oz are trying to make sure their serfs are not allowed outside even in their own backyard.
How much vitamin D you need to take is determined by how much sun you get and how you get from food or supplements. Each person's body handles both of those variables differently. For instance, the darker the natural color of your skin, the less it translates sun exposure to vitamin D. Also, each person absorbs supplements vitamin differently. For instance, several years ago my doctor told me that my Vitamin D level was too low and I needed to get more sun or take supplements. So I started taking 2000 IU of Vitamin D per day. Supposedly, that is 250% of what I needed. On my last blood test, my vitamin D level was 52, barely within the normal range. Accordingly, my doctor told me to double the amount, because my body was not absorbing the supplement very well.
I’m a definite fan. I can tell it’s useful since we haven’t heard a peep out of the government.
This analysis basically says that if your level of Vitamin D is 50 ng/ml or more, you are extremely unlikely to die from Covid-19. It is of course more important for those who are vulnerable - the elderly, the obese, people with diabetes - but everyone can benefit from it.
Mine is usually closer to 80. I got Covid and my MD (integrative doc) over the phone had me take 20k iu a day while I was sick. Along with c and zinc and quercetin. I felt pretty feverish and sick and in pain but it never even reached my lungs. This was a year ago before vaccines.
Being deficient in D makes EVERY ILLNESS WORSE. From colds to cancers.
Last time I had blood work, the results showed D3 to be in the sweet spot according to “medical” science according to this article.
I drink plenty of D “fortified milk, and I do get out in the sun, but I also take supplies.
I expect the government to start limiting the Vitamin D supplement supply, now.
Yup.
Decrease your risk of covid-19 death to close to zero if you hit 50ng,/ml blood level D3. How?
“1. Optimum vitamin D dosage without blood test
Take the following daily vitamin D dose as a dietary supplement:
Babies up to the first year………..400 IU Children one year and up……….1000 IU Adolescents……….……….…………..1000 IU per 12 kilograms of bodyweight Adults……….……….……………………5000 IU* Pregnant women……….……….…..4000 IU bis 6000 IU * based on an average body weight of 70 kilogram
This dose is recommended by experts in order to achieve the optimum 25(OH)D value of 60 ng/ml and permanently maintain this level.
Since this recommendation for vitamin D lies within the safe zone and this dose has never resulted in side effects, it can be taken without requiring a blood test.
This dose can be taken daily throughout the year, except for individuals who spend 15-20 minutes in the sun (exposing at least the naked upper body to the sun, preferably the whole body) during the early afternoon three times or more per week. For these individuals, the exposure to sunlight means the body produces sufficient vitamin D in the skin.
There are numerous recommendations which make taking vitamin D unnecessarily complicated. But if you follow the above dosage and have your 25(OH)D tested after 3 months, you’ll see how easy it can be to get your vitamin D levels into the optimal range.
Important note: If you regularly take vitamin D in form of a dietary supplement, for low vitamin D intake you should additionally take 100 mcg of vitamin K2 daily or, if you take 5,000 IU of vitamin D or more per day, take 200 mcg of vitamin K2 additionally each day, to ensure that calcium absorbed by vitamin D is not deposited in the arteries.”

But Fauci takes 6,000 IU of Vitamin D a day so it must be scientific, mustn’t it?
I FINALLY got my Vitamin D level to be at normal range(It was always very low) been taking the 50,000 every few weeks and had my blood test done in June and it went back to normal range
Actually, anyone who is at least a medium sized adult of either gender, and doesn’t spend a couple hours a day almost naked in the sun, should take 5k iu a day. K2 also to help it absorb and do its thing.
If you are obese you may need more than 5k iu a day.
Elementary and preschool kids should take 2000 iu a day. Babies should take 1000 iu a day in one drop on their bottle’s or their mom’s nipple.
Last time I had blood work, the results showed D3 to be in the sweet spot according to “medical” science according to this article.
I drink plenty of D “fortified milk, and I do get out in the sun, but I also take D3 supplements..
Haven’t suffered cold or flu in any meaningful way in a coon’s age.
