Been taking K2+D3 and zinc for the past several years and will continue to do so and no jabs, ever.
As have we. We wear shields not masks and have done for the last 20+/- months. We have been in lots of locales with hundreds of folks we dont know. So far so good. 😁
For me, D3, C, Zinc Citrate, senior male multivitamin, fish oil, CoQ-10, B12 every AM. Also, a tonic water for the quinine, most days. (No gin, however, shucks!) So far, only once since the CONdemic started, have I had a sniffle. Previously, before the CONdemic, I took nothing, and had 3 or 4 colds each year.
I think the report is spot on. I believe that this was all done as part of the ‘Great Reset’. A nasty illness, easily controlled, but hyped to fever pitch, created to destroy Western civilization. In January 2020, I was sick-as-a-dog for three weeks with the “flu”. Did not know at the time I had the Kung Flu Death Star Flu. . . anyway, I asked my doctor to run and extensive blood test for my annual checkup. Oh, I figured I would get a “hit” for how I was mistreating my poor liver or such. Only thing she had to say was my vitamin D3 was low. So in February 2020 I added supplements of D3/K2. Sort of good timing and divine intervention if you ask me.

Like you, I’ve been taking D3 and zinc supplements for the past year. My last blood test showed I was at 69ng/ml of D3. Since 51 to 150 ng/mL indicates an increased risk of hypercalciuria, vitamin k helps to prevent that risk. In addition, for C19 prophylaxis, I take quercetin, probiotics, iodine, and liposomal vitamin C supplements. No jabs for my wife and me, despite being elderly and overweight.
Don’t forget ECGC OR Quercetin. These open up the channels in the cell which are then filled with Zinc.

Been taking D3 and Zinc since reading article about a doctor who specialized in viruses and advocating the use of D3. Wife and I both got COVID (she had Maderna, me Pfizer) and I definitely had the milder case. Told my doctor that it didn’t even break my top 20 colds/flus.
