In addition, for C19 prophylaxis, I take quercetin, probiotics, iodine, and liposomal vitamin C supplements. No jabs for my wife and me, despite being elderly and overweight.
Once the vitamin d level reaches 32 ng/ml, the body starts deactivating vitamin d. If my level is 32 ng/ml, I wouldn’t try to increase it with supplements.
