Get outside and enjoy yourself. Sunshine = vitamin D. Vitamin D is important to fighting off CCPvirius. Guess that is why the jack-boots in Oz are trying to make sure their serfs are not allowed outside even in their own backyard.
You are correct. Lockdowns are the opposite of what should’ve been recommended. People should’ve been told to go outside and get exercise as well as vitamin D from sunshine. In the United States at least, I never heard any of our leading “experts” (scientists/politicians) recommend ways to build immunity through healthy living.
