She just placed flowers at a monument that celebrates the downing of an American plane. It does not and was not meant to commemorate John McCain. Now the Viets have every right to celebrate their successful downing of McCain A4, but someone should have told Harris the significance of the monument.

He ignored the pleas of POW & MIA families, and along with John Kerry, shut down an investigation into sightings of possible living Americans held in Vietnam. He was an awful man.
