This article discusses about the potassium content in potatoes.

Why we need potassium?
Our body needs potassium to run various important functions because it acts as electrolyte. We need potassium for a healthy lifestyle. This mineral works with other electrolytes to balance the fluids of body. Due to this activity various functions of body are maintained including kidneys, heart functions, muscles and nerves. Potassium regulates the functioning of heart by controlling heart beat. It also lowers the blood pressure of body. And I order curly fries whenever they are on the menu, because most restaurants don't do very well on regular fries. Probably a personal thing.

I think our Arby’s owner is just too cheap to use new oil every week.

When I was a teen in the early 70’s I worked Fast Food, and every Saturday morning I had to empty and clean the fryers and put new oil in them so that the fries were crisp and not greasy.............
