Yes, you're probably right. Look what happened after 1/6 - nothing. No effective protests, no street violence, no organized demands to release the political prisoners taken by the Deep State. No massive, edgy street protests against the murder of Ashli Babbitt. Basically a lot of grumbling and that was it. And that was the "pushback" against the Left's stealing the highest office in the land against the will of the people. Think about that for a minute.

So yes, if they want to institute conditional travel between the states and avoid serious pushback afterwards they will use the 1/6 playbook to insure that serious resistance to it is squelched very quickly. But they probably won't have to do that given the pusillanimity of the "masses." These people are Marxists. They are quasi-religious fanatics. And like fanatics everywhere, they'll do to you what they want to do, for your own good of course! And their own accruement of power.

And yes, most will meekly accept whatever freedom-stripping diktats the Left proffers. That's what happens, all over the world, every time well organized Marxists (like the American Left) play their totalitarian shit.

And I don't want to hear about guns. Guns are useless in the hands of those who don't value freedom enough to use them against their oppressors, so all this talk of "we have guns!" is stupid bullshit at best. Maybe it meant something 50 years ago, but not today when so many Americans are fat-assed, inherently lazy, uninspired, easily "triggered" dolts who bide their time watching Netflix, buying the latest gadgets, zoning out on porno sites and bitching about how tough life is. Seriously, how many Americans are even aware of the tough, bloody and terrible things past Americans had to do to secure their liberty?

Not feasible to have check points at every highway and road that crosses state lines. The traffic jams would be many miles long, even just for truckers. Speaking of, people in the cities will starve waiting for trucks carrying food. Food in refer units would spoil.

Imagine how many roads cross state lines. Plus, the manpower involved.

Interstate travelers will be restricted to the Interstate System.

Non-Interstate System roadways which cross state lines will controlled by monitored automatic gates, and locals will be able to obtain fobs if they show need. All crossings will logged.

The Feds will use eminent domain to seize a swath of territory on either side of where any Interstate crosses state lines. To cross state lines you will have to enter Federal land, disembark your vehicle while it's searched unless you have a special pass, and be subject to all vaccination protocols and TSA screening just as if you were getting on a plane.

If you can't take it on a plane, you won't be permitted to take it across state lines.
