“I will seek the president’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon” approval by the Food and Drug Administration, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin declares in a memo to troops obtained by the Associated Press. “I will not hesitate to act sooner or recommend a different course to the President if l feel the need to do so.”
The requirement could be moved up to an even earlier date if ‘infections continue to rise,” and restrictions such as “wearing masks, social distancing and travel limits” will apply to unvaccinated service members in the interim. The Associated Press reports that “Military officials have said that once the vaccine is mandated, a refusal could constitute failure to obey an order, and may be punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

Service members who have not yet taken the vaccine have been subjected to forced testing and quarantine, as well as compulsory mask wearing.
They’ve wanted pilot-less planes for years.

Maybe just me, but I don’t recall vaccinations being voluntary. I guess times have changed.

A member of the military can refuse ANY order. They just have to face the consequences for that refusal. I refused orders to attend Recruiter school / assignment and as such, was given a bar to reenlistment. I then processed out at the end of my enlistment.
How can they make our military take a experimental injection. They are taking our rights away. Plain and simple. If Trump was in office and they tried this then they would impeach him.
I think in the demacrat mind this has turned into a test to find Trump supporters and remove them. I think its highly likely that you will have over a 10 percent refusal. this refusal rate will be hiden and talk of Court marshal will disappear if the refusal rate of taking the vaccine is over 10 percent.
Why not just send Cattle Cars to our bases?

we need to protest in the streets email phone your reps etc. and support the military...this s absurd the vaccinations already found to be near worthless and many dangerous side effects.
IF THE FDA approves them something is terribly wrong with the FDA. lets protest them and cdc also...

The key is whether or not the vaccine has been approved. An EUA is not sufficient. They cannot force the military to submit to "experimental" treatments - that is forbidden by statute and by international law. But once the vaccine is no longer classified as experimental, they can require it.
