Yes it did, though I have no evidence other than my memory. I was carefully watching Virginia and when there was about 50 precincts out of about 2500 left, there was a swing out about 250,000 votes for Biden. Trump had a lead of about 85,000 votes, and suddenly the lead was gone.
20 minutes or so prior to that, I browsed all of the remaining counties with outstanding precincts. Only one remaining county had a large population, I think Alexandria, and I think 54 of 55 precincts had reported - leaving only 1. All the other counties with remaining preciencts where small and/or heavinly in favor of Trump. There was no explaination as to where that massive swing came from.
It would be interesting if someone had a time-based table that could isololate the source for those votes.

There were 20 precincts left when Biden suddenly got 200000 votes tacked on. Absolutely no effin way that broke like that but shortly after they said Fairfax had screwed something up and would be taking 100K off. The same thing happened in Virginia and Michigan!!! 183,000 jump by Biden with ZERO votes for Trump late in the process - Michigan.
In Virgina, Trump had an 85,000 vote lead with about 2% of the remaining precincts outstanding (about 50 out of about 2500 precincts). I checked all the remaining counties with unreported precincts and with large populations. Only Alexandria remained with one 1 out of 55 precincts outstanding. All the other remaining precincts were from counties with much lower populations and most of those with Trump with a substaintial lead. I have said several times they need to check Virginia also!!!
Trump held an 80,000+ lead with only 2-3% precincts remaining. I checked all the remaining precincts at that time and all of them were from small population areas with 1 exception. There was one in Alexandria (I think that is the one)and that county had 54 of 55 precincts listed as reported.
And in that county, Trump had about 45%. So there was no outstanding source of votes to account for the 230,000 vote swing in Biden's favor.
And that lead held until all were reported, so the incident in Virgina was not like the 138,000 vote swing in Michigan which they claim was a corrected "typo" - there was no correction in Virginia.

Maybe. No question, but no doubt Trump held a substantial lead with a small number of precincts left and a massive flip occurred near the finish line.

No!!! Read my post again. I manually scanned all of the approx 50 remaining precincts minutes before the flip. All were from small population areas. All of the heavy population counties were finished with the exception of one precinct in Alexandria. That county had 54 of 55 reported. And the county composite of the other 54 precincts had Trump with about 45%. SO there was no source of outstanding votes to justify that large flip.

I believe that was Fairfax County, 243 of 244 precincts had already reported according to the VA Dept of Elections website. And in Fairfax County DJT had 45% of the vote...that's an amazing number for Fairfax. It's why I was so giddy about VA on election night.

It was actually Arlington that I was thinking of. I said Alexandria which was wrong.
At that time, there were 54 of 55 precincts reported for Arlington County leaving just one and Trump had 45% of the county at the time. The final tally shows only about 127,000 votes and now Trump is listed at 17%.
And I will repeat, at that time, there were only about 50 precincts remaining for the entire state out of a total of 2585. I manually scanned and all the remining precincts were from small population areas. All other large voting regions had reported and Trump had a 80-85,000 vote lead. There were not enough remaining votes to envison a rapid switch of an 80,000 vote lead to a 150,000 defict. It does not add up.
I wish there as a dynamic reply of the tally that would illustrate this issue.

Fairfax County is one of the largest counties in VA. They cast 565,000 votes. In 244 precincts. What 8 precincts could produce 300,000+ votes? None. 3,000 maybe. 300,000 from 8 precincts is impossible.
By the time the flip took place when there were < 50 precincts left in Virginia, Fairfax County was fully reported. Was not responsible for any of the 230,000 votes involved in the flip.

THere are ONLY ONE precinct left from a high volume region. ALL THE OTHER HIGH VOLUME COUNTIES WERE FULLY REPORTED BY THIS TIME.
Arlington County was the only high-population county with any outstanding precincts and it only had one left as 54 out of the 55 precients had reported. At the time Trump had 45% of Arlington County. Arlington County reported a total of 127,000 votes and the final tally Trump is listed as having %17 vs 45% before the flip. Even with thta big of a drop, that one precinct could in no way account for the huge flip of 230,000 statewide
ALL OF THE REMAINING precincts were from very small population areas with just a few thousand votes each.
Even if Biden got 100% of the remaining votes at this time, there is no way he could overcome an 80,000 vote lead.
Was there a drop of all mail-in ballots?

I have a relative who voted early in Virginia. Each county (or city) had an early voting precinct that was open from September 18th through October 30th. All of the votes from that time period were part of the early voting precinct in each locality. It’s possible that those big numbers were held back to the end and then inflated to overcome any lead that had developed. This year the legislature did away with voter identification requirements, so it was easier to cheat.
