LL, a quick Ivermectin paste question concerning the capsule size and how much you can put in each capsule - does one capsule hold a full dose, or is it divided between 2 or more?
I’m kind of curious about this method. I also would consider going a couple of sizes smaller on the capsules, knowing that I’d need to take more of them to equal a full dose.
Use a 00 capsule. It will not be fully filled and it’s easier to fill. I had to use a syringe where the needle was removed to get accurate weights. I found a powder from HomeLab Veterinary I’m sure will be easier to handle and weigh out.
One 00 capsule holds a full dose unless the person is over 230 pounds. My capsule is only 1/2 full. My pharmacy isn’t a real compounding pharmacy so they only had the one size of capsule.
