This man should get a financial settlement and this lady should get capital punishment.

Polk County is a very BAD place for black people to be or live. Most won’t go near it to this day. A black co-worker of mine wanted to visit the Mennonite store but wouldn’t go, even with me, because it was in Polk County.

The penalty for a false accusation and for a knowing false prosecution should be the maximum sentence for the charge that was being brought.

3 years! America does not have a "justice system." It has a "legal system" and its a bureaucratic, often corrupt, and least-common-denominator legal system at that.

You are correct. Are there any living black people such as this man who they are helping? I can’t think of anyone. BLM only shows up to riot and loot after a black person (usually a criminal with a record) is killed by the police.

“The landlord told the investigator that she heard Brown and the accuser talking quietly before her boyfriend burst into the apartment.”
I was accused of a sex crime once.
Led to worsen my drug use then.
You never forget being accused of something like that.
