Oddly, that didn’t appear in my copy of the article until I force refreshed. Oh well.
It was stupid of him to go to her lodgings, but it doesn’t justify a false accusation of rape. Some of my IT work is house calls and I keep a stealthy camera running at all times when I’m alone with a female client/working alone on a female’s machine at her house - specifically because of earlier cases like this.
So far it’s saved my arse twice.
