It is unclear what mDRNA is — however, D-dimer elevates in any inflammatory state — it is quite non-specific, and per this article is being touted as diagnostic — which it is not. This takes a D-dimer elevation about 14 bridges too far.

Yeah, except that he specifically mentioned measuring D-dimer 1 week after the jabs.
We know the spike protein, when it binds to ACE2 receptors (it cannot reconfigure and enter the cell, due to the insertion of the two prolines compared to the natural spike protein), tells the cell to pump out a bunch of inflammatory cytokines.
And 62% of those jabbed, more than coincidence, one suspects.
Certainly worth looking into further.

They do indeed continue to top themselves with absurdity. But, they are making efforts to make things sound more substantive now vs. the posts like you are turning to metal and magnets will stick to your face if you are vaccinated.

On the other hand, your assertion that it is triggered by inflammation in general seems at odds with this description of the test. It seems very specific to formation and breakdown of clots. Can you cite a reference that refutes the content of this article?

I can site 20 years of clinical experience — D-dimer is non-specifically elevated in almost all inflamed states. Sepsis, post surgical , you name it, if you are inflamed your D-dimer is elevated.
In the Covid era, we use it exactly as a marker of inflammation and to determine if anticoagulation should be considered, specifically.
If you want to know what is going on at the capillary level and if we are worried about microcirculatory thrombosis — what you would be looking for is schistocytes on peripheral smears, and FSPs.
D-dimer is pretty non-specific and goes off the rails in many conditions.
Harvard had the study showing spike protein in the blood the day after the jab.
Run the numbers and you come up with something on the order of 1 billion spike molecules / ml of blood.
