Was at a local restaurant for breakfast/lunch today and I was looking at the menu, another party, of one white grown male with a very Oak Lawn Dallas accent and a pink shirt, and what looked like with two foster children, was very loud, were seated.
The two male foster kids(I surmise) were not amused.

So what is the point of this waste of electrons? No context means no story, and none of us are mind-readers able to decipher the three cryptic sentences you posted.
Two sentences but three might have been better. Then again, maybe not.
Must be a really good restaurant if he ate two meals there, breakfast/lunch. Maybe it's the atmosphere.
