Was at a local restaurant for breakfast/lunch today and I was looking at the menu, another party, of one white grown male with a very Oak Lawn Dallas accent and a pink shirt, and what looked like with two foster children, was very loud, were seated.
The two male foster kids(I surmise) were not amused.
And?
Well my curiosity got the better of me so I looked up Oak Lawn and it seems like it may be a LGBTQXYZ part of town, and the accent was the sort of accent that LOGBTQXYA people sometimes have.
And just because he was wearing a pink shirt doesn't mean he's gay. Unfortunately it appears that pink is now considered an OK color for even straight men to wear.
If his voice was effeminate then maybe I would be concerned, but I didn't get that from the description.
I rode my bike to the store with my roommate who was on another bike. He doesn’t have a helmet. I offered the construction helmet that was lying around. Better than nothing. He refused but he accepted my bright red bike helmet. I rode with the stupid construction helmet.
When we were at the store, a noticeably effeminate man walked past us and whispered “Hello fellas”.
I realized that at that time we must have looked really gay. My burly black roommate’s bike was a green pastel unisex type (recall he was wearing a bright red bike helmet). And with the construction hat on I musta looked like a macho-macho man from the Village People song ‘YMCA’ ....
Gay guy — Oak Lawn is like gay-central for Dallas — had a flame-out at lunch and made his two foster kids straight for life.
At least that’s what Google Translate came up with. ;)
I saw a werewolf drinking a Pina Colada at Trader Vics.
I think biff ment to say the guy was flaming.
OMG thank you for this thread. I got so many outloud laughs out of this gem
According to google, this is the Sodomite section of Dallas.
The boys may be rentals featured on milk cartons somewhere.
How was his hair?
...and his hair was perfect.
When I was growing up, wearing ANY helmet to ride a bike would brand you as a sissy. I’m not even sure you could get them in the 60’s and 70’s... Still won’t wear them.
Bookmarking for laughs later this evening. A gem for sure!!!
Your story is more interesting, please continue..
I was in a high end restaurant in Scottsdale a couple weekends ago.
A homeless guy walked in, sat down and asked for food.
He got his food.
Looked like he hadn’t had a bath in 6 months.
I can see why you were creeped out
We're thinking you're kind of creepy....
I’m guessing “Oak Lawn” = raging homo?
Ah, the shirt was loud. (and a pink shirt, and what looked like with two foster children, was very loud, were seated.)
At first I thought maybe the kids were loud but that would be “they were loud” so I assumes “it was loud in there” since ‘loud’ is so separated from ‘shirt’ in that nonsensical sentence.
Yeah, failing to mention it’s a gay area kinda requires one to be from the Dallas area.
So dallasbiff’s gay?
Maybe they just have real good food there.
