A mother-of-three has died after suffering a rare catastrophic reaction to the AstraZeneca coronavirus jab, her family has said.
Lucy Taberer, 47, fell seriously ill after getting the jab and developed blood clots in her brain which caused a stroke.
Her heartbroken fiance, Mark Tomlin, from Aylestone in Leicester, has since spoken about the devastating impact her death has had on the family including the couple's five-year-old son Orson.
He said Lucy, a playgroup leader who had no known health conditions, initially experienced mild side effects in the days after she was vaccinated at the Peepul Centre in Belgrave on March 19.
But her condition gradually worsened, causing her to be rushed into hospital. Despite best efforts by medics to save her, she died 22 days after being vaccinated.
A post-mortem found the mother had suffered from cerebral venous sinus thrombosis - a rare and deadly type of brain clot.
Mr Tomlin said: 'I don't want people to be put off having a vaccine but I do want people to know that there are risks.
'We're not anti-vax. Lucy certainly wasn't - she was so excited about getting it.'

This stuff doesn’t seem very ‘rare’ to me; we’re reading about it every day now!
This is very tragic. They need to find a bio marker to identify these people so they are not given the vaccine. And it needs to happen quick.

"We're not right-wing crazies. We are good leftists, so please don't attack me about going public about my fiance's death."
You can always tell when it is a lefty. Just like the aunt of that 13 year old boy who died. She said that she didn't want her nephew's death to be politicized by Tucker Carlson and "Hate TV." You just can't fix stupid. So she is attacking Tucker, who has been warning us for months that the vax is not safe, and she wants "someone" (i.e. CNN or MSNBC) to investigate her nephew's death and whether the vax is safe.
AZ... Yup... You can get clots... That’s been common knowledge since March... Maybe even February. This is the end of June. If you haven’t figured it out by now, you must be living in a cave... The question is... Are you susceptible to blood clots? Do they run in your family? Are you just generally worried about getting blood clots?
If your answer is ‘yes’ to any of the above questions... Don’t get the AZ shot... Get the mRNA shot and enjoy your enlarged heart.
I got two shots of AZ... Not a hint of any adverse reaction and I’ve never had a hint of adverse reactions with any of the vaccines I’ve been given since childhood.
Some people get lucky... If you suffer from bad luck or have had bad luck with vaccines in the past... Don’t bother with the vaccination.

Especially for a virus you have Less than 1% chance of dying..IF you even catch it.
Vaccer’s will say this is being blown all out of proportion; most likely fake news to them.
Remember that is what is reported to the CDC and NIH which both admit is somewhere between 1 to 10% of all cases.

Especially as long as it is below the 1% survival rate. And if it goes over, well you can be sure we will never learn of it
