In addition to the video being racist, offensive, and almost certainly illegal, wait until you learn more about the company that produced it.
I’ve been a non-corporate employee for 30 years. This means that I haven’t looked at an employee manual, attended a human resources seminar, or watched an HR video since the late 1980s. Back in the day, they were dry affairs that covered big issues: You can’t refuse to hire someone based on their race, color, sex, creed, etc. You also can’t harass or fire them for the same reasons. It was straightforward Civil Rights Act of 1964 stuff. I knew intellectually that Critical Race Theory (“CRT”) had changed things but it wasn’t until I watched Matt Walsh deconstruct just part of a corporate training video that I appreciated the illegal madness taking place in companies across America.
My bet is that there is a substantial number of American Thinker readers who are also unfamiliar with modern-day Human Resources training. Nowadays, it’s no longer about avoiding illegal activity that could get you or your employer in trouble. Instead, this is extremely targeted material aimed directly at White people. It’s condescending, hate-filled, and does to Whites exactly what it instructs Whites not to do to minorities.

If you’re curious, I looked up ej4 An HSI Company, which created that awful video. In addition to providing training for the companies named above, it also boasts about its videos going to ecco, Culligan, and Goodwill. It’s got reach.
HSI Company, the parent company, has even more reach, for it boasts about having 22,000 customers, in 71 countries, with over 6 million courses completed annually, and over 400,000 daily active users.

It is going to get worse before it gets better.
This article makes an interesting point. When a company forces its employees to take CRT training, employees should file a complaint that they are violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The company should cease this violation or should then be sanctioned for it.
It’s condescending, hate-filled, and does to Whites exactly what it instructs Whites not to do to minorities.
And that is what I will submit on my post training questionaire
This is government sponsored and enforced racism and woke companies are following suit so they can keep sucking of the government with tax payer funded contracts.
This is just one of many reasons why government must be small not large.
The only thing I learned from corporate “diversity” training is that the civil rights law of the 60s is racist.
It created protected “classes” of people. If you’re not one of them, you’re not protected. You could complain, but it won’t do you any good. In fact, we can easily see that it will be a good excuse to fire you.
bkmk
The large multinational bank I work for is up to it’s elbows pushing blm and crt 🐂 💩 on everyone. I delete all the invitations for “voluntary” seminars and emails about it. I’m 59, let them fire me for it.

They leave it “voluntary” because they know it’s a violation of the ‘64 Civil Rights code. If they mandate it, then you can file a civil rights violation. A stack of civil rights violations against a company don’t look good. When a company pushes woke BS, you go full Alinsky.
While enforcement may preferentially favor blacks, officially anti-White discrimination is just as illegal as anti black discrimination
We can use that.
My bet is they’re using the non attendance lists to figure out who to fire because they’re not woke lime they are.
As I said, fire me. Go ahead. I’ll get 18 months of severance per the separation policy and my length of employment with the bank. I have 4 years of expenses saved up with will take me to 64. I’ll be unemployed and won’t have to pay spousal support anymore, the fat bitch can go get a damn job.
Firing me would be a blessing to me and a bitch for my ex.
It does to Whites exactly what it instructs Whites not to do to minorities.
