They leave it “voluntary” because they know it’s a violation of the ‘64 Civil Rights code. If they mandate it, then you can file a civil rights violation. A stack of civil rights violations against a company don’t look good. When a company pushes woke BS, you go full Alinsky.
My bet is they’re using the non attendance lists to figure out who to fire because they’re not woke lime they are.
