The large multinational bank I work for is up to it’s elbows pushing blm and crt on everyone. I delete all the invitations for “voluntary” seminars and emails about it. I’m 59, let them fire me for it.

They leave it “voluntary” because they know it’s a violation of the ‘64 Civil Rights code. If they mandate it, then you can file a civil rights violation. A stack of civil rights violations against a company don’t look good. When a company pushes woke BS, you go full Alinsky.

My bet is they’re using the non attendance lists to figure out who to fire because they’re not woke lime they are.

As I said, fire me. Go ahead. I’ll get 18 months of severance per the separation policy and my length of employment with the bank. I have 4 years of expenses saved up with will take me to 64. I’ll be unemployed and won’t have to pay spousal support anymore, the fat bitch can go get a damn job.

Firing me would be a blessing to me and a bitch for my ex.
