This article makes an interesting point. When a company forces its employees to take CRT training, employees should file a complaint that they are violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The company should cease this violation or should then be sanctioned for it.
The only thing I learned from corporate “diversity” training is that the civil rights law of the 60s is racist.
It created protected “classes” of people. If you’re not one of them, you’re not protected. You could complain, but it won’t do you any good. In fact, we can easily see that it will be a good excuse to fire you.
