We've been told for well over a year that widespread forced public masking should be implemented because, even if only moderately to slightly to negligibly effective at curbing the spread of COVID-19, there are ZERO drawbacks.
"What's the harm?" they ask.
"It's only a minor inconvenience," they bleat.
"If it saves ONE LIFE, it's worth it!" they implore.
Meanwhile, we on Team Reality have not only continued to point to real-world data that shows masking to be entirely ineffective, we've also maintained that forced public masking, especially long-term, has negative societal and even health ramifications that the powers-that-be are all-too-happy to ignore in subservience to their newfound face mask god.
It only stands to reason that one of those health ramifications would be the fact that millions of people, particularly children, have been forced to wear and carry around pieces of cloth they've continually breathed through for hours on end. What lurking pathogens might be found on these disgusting contraptions being incessantly handled, stuck in pockets, and mindlessly tossed on books, tables, and desks? Well, one group of Florida parents sent a batch of masks worn by their children to a lab to find out. And yeah, you'll probably need to make sure you aren't eating dinner anytime soon before you digest THESE results.
Via press release:
Gainesville, FL (June 16, 2021) – A group of parents in Gainesville, FL, concerned about potential harms from masks, submitted six face masks to a lab for analysis. The resulting report found that five masks were contaminated with bacteria, parasites, and fungi, including three with dangerous pathogenic and pneumonia-causing bacteria. No viruses were detected on the masks, although the test is capable of detecting viruses.
The analysis detected the following 11 alarmingly dangerous pathogens on the masks:
• Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumonia)
• Mycobacterium tuberculosis (tuberculosis)
• Neisseria meningitidis (meningitis, sepsis)
• Acanthamoeba polyphaga (keratitis and granulomatous amebic encephalitis)
• Acinetobacter baumanni (pneumonia, blood stream infections, meningitis, UTIs— resistant to antibiotics)
• Escherichia coli (food poisoning)
• Borrelia burgdorferi (causes Lyme disease)
• Corynebacterium diphtheriae (diphtheria)
• Legionella pneumophila (Legionnaires' disease)
• Staphylococcus pyogenes serotype M3 (severe infections—high morbidity rates)
• Staphylococcus aureus (meningitis, sepsis)
Half of the masks were contaminated with one or more strains of pneumonia-causing bacteria. One-third were contaminated with one or more strains of meningitis-causing bacteria. One-third were contaminated with dangerous, antibiotic-resistant bacterial pathogens. In addition, less dangerous pathogens were identified, including pathogens that can cause fever, ulcers, acne, yeast infections, strep throat, periodontal disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and more.
The face masks studied were new or freshly-laundered before wearing and had been worn for 5 to 8 hours, most during in-person schooling by children aged 6 through 11. One was worn by an adult. A t-shirt worn by one of the children at school and unworn masks were tested as controls. No pathogens were found on the controls. Proteins found on the t-shirt, for example, are not pathogenic to humans and are commonly found in hair, skin, and soil.
A parent who participated in the study, Ms. Amanda Donoho, commented that this small sample points to a need for more research: “We need to know what we are putting on the faces of our children each day. Masks provide a warm, moist environment for bacteria to grow.”
These local parents contracted with the lab because they were concerned about the potential of contaminants on masks that their children were forced to wear all day at school, taking them on and off, setting them on various surfaces, wearing them in the bathroom, etc. This prompted them to send the masks to the University of Florida’s Mass Spectrometry Research and Education Center for analysis.
The below chart, put together by the group of parents, shows the potential dangers from each pathogen:
Appetizing, eh? Of course, nothing above, or anything else, will deter the extremists in the masking cult, some of whom now want to see masking in schools forever.
I mainly wore my Trump 2020 mask that my wife made on the first day of masking. Otherwise I wore the blue one.
She does what little kids do. They pull them off and tug at them and wear them around their necks. But wearing them like they are supposed to is not going to happen.
Requiring young kids to wear a mask at school is nothing more than cosmetic and only assuages the guilt of the school administration or the school board who are lay people who think they know best. It also exposes them to the many pathogens that this article talks about. These people are embarrassments to their communities and should be held accountable for unnecessarily exposes our children to real medical toxins.
As to the other point, medical professionals wear masks to keep from spreading bacteria and germs. Big bugs. Live bugs. They are not meant to stop the spread of viruses. Viruses are sub-microscopic. You need an electron microscope to see an image of them.
This whole mask thing is just a small part of the bigger scam of covid as a pandemic. It is used to scare people. To instill fear into them. To make the virus seem scarier than they really are.
The government has done a great job of creating mass hysteria among the population so they can mandate their behavior and control their movements.
I'm not fooled by any of it but many people have been convinced the Black Plague is upon us.
Fashion masks sell! Stupid people fall for anything!
These things are in the air that we breathe every day.
The masks only filtered these particular particles out of the air being breathed in. More could have gone through the mask.
This is not a reason to stop wearing masks. This is a reason to be alittle more hesitant about being in a dirty environment with people which is always the founding credo of the phobic.
I’m not phobic, my wife is. She doesn’t wear a mask because she knows “If you can breathe the mask isn’t doing anything. If you can’t breathe than viruses aren’t your biggest problems for the next few seconds of your life”
That looks like polyester fiber from the report I saw. Better to use cotton with a tight knit. (High thread count)
someone ought to print these charts onto children’s Tee shirts and backpacks, they’d make a lot money selling them
If you look at the scale, you will see that the openings in this tight woven cotton mask are about 25 microns across. The virus we are talking about is 0.03 of a micron. Over 800 virii could fit side by side in ONE of the openings in that mask.
Masks, unless they are HEPA 99% rated, are UTTERLY USELESS!
They are a fetish, a talisman, an object to focus upon while praying to the false god Fauci.
Based on the number of nuts wearing masks outdoors by themselves or in the car by themselves, I’ve concluded that they think the air is FULL of deadly COVID poison gas and that their mask provides 100% protection, but only if worn 24 x 7.
The ones that absolutely crack me up the most are the ones walking down the sidewalk who will step ten feet into the street to avoid passing by another walker. As if you could catch a respiratory disease in a 1/10 of a second pass-by encounter on the sidewalk. Their risk level is a million times higher stepping into the street and possibly getting hit by a car than catching COVID by staying on the sidewalk.
The next funniest thing is the ALL CLEAR siren must have sounded Monday at midnight because almost everybody immediately dumped them. All virions went into hiding at midnight.
Lunacy abounds.
I didn't lockdown in my home either. To be honest, I live in the country on a cattle farm so my wife and I and our 4 year old granddaughter are pretty isolated most of the time anyway.
Our granddaughter is required to wear one at pre-elementary school in the mornings but not her daycare school in the afternoon. We put it on her when we drop her off in the big city every morning but she never has one on when we pick her up in the afternoon. Again, kind of defeats the purpose of what the authorities think needs to be done.
My wife and I are in our mid-70's and healthy. Neither of us have had the vaccine and don't plan on it. We're not prone to the fear-mongering and hysteria going on around the country. We just live our lives and don't dwell or focus on this overblown crisis.
While I think this is great, what viruses and bacteria would you find under a kids finger nails on an average day?
I could be wrong but my guess is we would find something somewhat similar.
I saw this earlier and wondered what the point was. What did they expect to find? Have you ever looked at your air conditioner filter? That’s all these masks are doing. If you didn’t have the mask all this stuff would be entering your lungs.
Oh, wait, that’s how things have been working for nearly forever anyways, right? So for the larger stuff the masks actually work as a filter. They do squat for viruses, but catch big stuff.
As far as I can tell all this test does is show that they were not washing their masks well.

‘While I think this is great, what viruses and bacteria would you find under a kids finger nails on an average day?’
next thing you know school boards everywhere will be mandating ripping out students’ fingernails in order to reopen...
‘As far as I can tell all this test does is show that they were not washing their masks well.’
yep, that’s the ticket; blame the parents for not obeying the beaureacrats and their lunacies...
