Novavax announced Monday morning that its vaccine against Covid-19 proved 90% effective in preventing the disease in a large study group.
While Novavax’s (ticker: NVAX) effectiveness level is slightly below those shown for the authorized vaccines from Moderna (MRNA) or the team of Pfizer (PFE) and BioNTech (BNTX), it far exceeds America’s third authorized shot from Johnson & Johnson (JNJ).
The Novavax vaccine was also tested at a time when more-infectious variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus were on the rise in the U.S.—making its near-equivalent showing to the Moderna and Pfizer shots all the more impressive. Monday’s news sets Novavax up to be a strong alternative to those companies’ vaccines—and therefore an agent for price competition in developed countries and the underserved regions of the world, such as India.

Novavax said that it tested its two-shot vaccination among nearly 30,000 people aged 18 and older in the U.S. and Mexico. One-third of those got placebo shots, while the rest got the company’s combination of artificial proteins mimicking the virus’s characteristic spikes, with an additive to enhance antibody formation. It’s a different technology from the messenger-RNA approach used for the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna shots. That could make the Novavax product easier to distribute than the mRNA vaccines, which require special cold-storage.
In the Novavax trial, 63 members of the placebo group developed Covid symptoms, compared with 14 in the vaccine group—for a prevention rate of 90.4%. By comparison, Pfizer’s vaccine was 95% effective in its big trial; Moderna’s vaccine was 94.1% effective; and J&J’s one-shot regime was 72%. While rare side effects briefly paused the use of J&J’s shot, no serious safety problems emerged in the Novavax study.

It should really knock that recovery rate down from it’s current 98.3%. Yep, no rest until the we’re down to 0.0003% !!!

I’ve loaded cattle onto a trailer and off loaded them at the yard. It was a rodeo at both ends, they knew something was up. I had my pre-shipping out physical a couple days later. The Dr. never said a word about my black & blue chest.
So this is not an mRNA shot?
It is spike proteins mashed onto moth cells?
Our bodies learn from spikes that do not enter cells or inject DNA or RNA?

But when you force it on children, and they are injured, sterilized, or their children have birth defects, we’re going to remember who pushed it on them.
Remember DES? That wonder drug sterilized the daughters of mothers who took it, and they didn’t know for decades.
Including my sister. And being sterilized by DES was not the only side effect, there was lifelong chronic pain.
When one of yours that you’ve scared the bejeesus out of into not taking the simple step of vaccinating against the Chicom bioweapon is in the ICU fighting for their lives in isolation, you’re going to remember who contributed to that fateful decision.
I buried two people close to me from the Chicom bioweapon. So it’s no joke to me.
It still has nanoparticle delivery, so I would guess it still spreads throughout the body to every cell, including across the blood-brain barrier.
I’m very sorry to hear that, but they are now burying those who were injected with the second phase of the bioweapon—including a weighting toward the younger and healthier.
But vitamin D, C, zinc and quercetin supplements with early treatment and/or prophylactic of HCQ or Ivermectin still keeps the ill effects of the first phase of the bioweapon well under the usual incidence and fallout of the common flu.

Too bad so many Americans died because the $$$ Covid Jab $$$ pushers coordinated to deny Americans effective therapeutics like Ivermectin and Hydroxy.
They literally put their profits ahead of tens of thousands of American lives, because the EUA for the $$$ Covid Jab $$$ could only be granted if there was no other option.
But there were other effective therapeutics, and they were denied to Americans who died.
This is a hard fact, and time will prove it out.

But Pfizer and Moderna seem to have better political connections to keep J&J out of the mix. Also, I wonder what Pfizer may have done to keep AstraZenica out of the US. I read an interesting piece in a 2014 Barron’s about Pfizer’s fight to try to buy AZ, which was effectively repulsed by AZ. They wanted AZ because of the vaccine research that AZ was then engaged in.
The soon to reach 200,000,000 vaxxed Americans thank you for contributing in taxes, so they got the vaccines free.
Concern about the newness and the rush on the mRNA vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna is one reason I delayed getting vaccinated until the J&J vaccine was reinstated in our area. I was not too worried even though I am 82 since I have been taking a number of supplements for a long time, am in good health, and have added ones that seem to be especially helpful for Covid. The 2 page Covid treatment protocol below produced by the Eastern Virginia Medical School has had good results. It includes advice from prophylaxis to hospitalization. It is convenient to copy and carry to your doctor for advice and access to treatments only a doctor can prescribe.
