You have probably never heard border spanglish. It is pretty unique in vocabulary and syntax.
Deal with it until they break the law and always keep in mind that there should be fewer laws.
You described the exact situation that happened to us. We live in a rural area where everyone has at least a couple of acres. They were not even my direct neighbors, so they were a pretty big distance away. Although, the music sounded like it was outside my window, and it went on until 3-4 am Friday through Sunday.
My husband even went down there several times and only got “no speak English”. We also called the Cops, and they did nothing.
So, here is how I solved this problem for good. I let them think I put a curse on them. I made fake little voodoo dolls out of hay, and put them all along the dirt road in front of their house. I also got black salt and poured it around in front of their house. I don’t know why, but it looked good.
Now, they saw me do this, and ran out. I make some random “ I curse you sign”, and then went home. Three hours later several of them came down and said they were sorry and please take the curse off. (BTW, in perfect English)
So, no more music, and no more problem. Although, they have moved now, and are probably torturing someone else.
I had a similar problem, if not exactly what you have, from 2 neighbors in a city residential neighborhood. This was in 2019-20. I solved it and drove off the 2 evil doers. They objected to my complaints. I was physically threatened.
I began carrying a gun anytime I was outside on my property. I made an obvious show of it. I also began acting crazy in a few ways in an effort to convince them that they did not know exactly what kind of guy I was. I played up my drinking and fake drunkenness when needed. I made them think I was unstable....and armed. It worked.
Both ended up moving out after about a year. I had the cops, city code department and city councils attention. I made the city fear that if they did not uphold and enforce the law that a lawsuit was headed their way or maybe something worse would occur. I played up the fact I am a disabled vet who deserved to live in peace just like anyone else.
I was planning on digging two small graves in my front yard facing both of these a-holes houses, leaving them open with small crosses at the head but they began moving out before I did it.
I am retired, live alone and didn’t have a lot going on at the time so it became a game for me. No way was I going to back down. Uhhh uhhh, I was ready to die on that hill.
If it is more than you can or should stand and they are violating the law then:
Find out about the local noise ordinances. Do a little detective work and find out who they are and if they have a criminal record, or maybe a warrant out for their arrest. Maybe their are illegal aliens there.
Begin recording video, taking pics, keeping a log or incidents, police contacts, everything. Make the local authorities do their job or threaten to sue them. They would rather not do their job if they can help it but you make them.
Your situation may not need some of the drastic actions I took. But remember, you get further with a kind word and a gun than with just a kind word.

You have my sympathy. Evil, crazy neighbors. I know them well. To do:
1. Pray daily for new neighbors. 2. Call police two or three times. 3. Talk to city council. 4. Build a giant wall. 5. Wear ear protectors.

I had a similar problem. I tried to do the neighborly thing too - to no avail. It turned out that they were illegals and a phone call to ICE took care of it.

Im not sure where you live, but I did hear a lawyer on a call in radio show in California with this exact problem. The basic answer he gave is if there is 2 or more neighbors, you can get a lawsuit similar to a restraining order. I didn’t hear the outcome, but it just might be worth it to pay a 150 bucks or so, to meet with a property rights lawyer to discuss your options. Also are they renters? If so contact the owner. One other thing would be to contact you HOA, if you have one? Good luck.
Our neigborhood had loud neighbors move in...the police got so many calls from everyone the family moved out.
Prevailing winds? I had a drunken asshole noob neighbor sneak across the property line and cut a small ratty tree down. The tree may have been on a third party’s property. Anyway, he had an expansive view from the deck before, and if he’d asked, I’d have said it wasn’t on my property. or I didn’t care if he cut it. As it was, it got back to me that he said “You should have seen the look on his face.” when the tree fell. I mostly put up with his damn dog in my yard. Him and the drunk girlfriend spent a lot of time refinishing the big deck, and I heard they were planning a big party for some holiday. The morning of the party I saturated my yard with fish fertilizer while they waited for guests to arrive. They looked at me, I heard a door slam, hard, and no party. They moved shortly thereafter. We get winds that blow that way almost daily in summer. These were renters, though.
I know what you mean. And I’d elaborate to say that it isn’t race or ethnicity, but culture. As you say, any group of people from a low class background can behave this way.
I’m always impressed by most of the black immigrants from some African countries. I became friends with one such family who owned and operated a restaurant near my neighborhood. They were NOTHING like most blacks who are born and grow up here, with a chip on their shoulders.
Search ‘noisy neighbors’ on youtube. Some pretty clever ideas people have used.
I’ve done nothing but introduce myself and offer neighborly friendship, thinking that that would give me an in in their minds and caused them to think considerately about disturbing me. It’s just a rule of mine that if you know someone on a friendly basis, you won’t want to offend or disturb them.
and just the tip of the iceberg... do ya know the sellout?
ROTFLOL.....great idea. They usually are highly superstitious.
Also, say a prayer for them daily. I will help them and you.
