Im not sure where you live, but I did hear a lawyer on a call in radio show in California with this exact problem. The basic answer he gave is if there is 2 or more neighbors, you can get a lawsuit similar to a restraining order. I didn’t hear the outcome, but it just might be worth it to pay a 150 bucks or so, to meet with a property rights lawyer to discuss your options. Also are they renters? If so contact the owner. One other thing would be to contact you HOA, if you have one? Good luck.
