I know what you mean. And I’d elaborate to say that it isn’t race or ethnicity, but culture. As you say, any group of people from a low class background can behave this way.

I’m always impressed by most of the black immigrants from some African countries. I became friends with one such family who owned and operated a restaurant near my neighborhood. They were NOTHING like most blacks who are born and grow up here, with a chip on their shoulders.

The socialist government school system has been dumbing down the population and teaching victimology and entitlement for decades here.

In much of Africa going to school is a great privilege that one must pay for privately. Tbh...it is a better and cheaper system. They do not come out of school infected with socialism and anti-Christian humanist values.

Our two families from Africa are among the very best neighbors on our street. All hard-working, well-spoken people with respectful children.
