I had a similar problem, if not exactly what you have, from 2 neighbors in a city residential neighborhood. This was in 2019-20. I solved it and drove off the 2 evil doers. They objected to my complaints. I was physically threatened.
I began carrying a gun anytime I was outside on my property. I made an obvious show of it. I also began acting crazy in a few ways in an effort to convince them that they did not know exactly what kind of guy I was. I played up my drinking and fake drunkenness when needed. I made them think I was unstable....and armed. It worked.
Both ended up moving out after about a year. I had the cops, city code department and city councils attention. I made the city fear that if they did not uphold and enforce the law that a lawsuit was headed their way or maybe something worse would occur. I played up the fact I am a disabled vet who deserved to live in peace just like anyone else.
I was planning on digging two small graves in my front yard facing both of these a-holes houses, leaving them open with small crosses at the head but they began moving out before I did it.
I am retired, live alone and didn’t have a lot going on at the time so it became a game for me. No way was I going to back down. Uhhh uhhh, I was ready to die on that hill.
If it is more than you can or should stand and they are violating the law then:
Find out about the local noise ordinances. Do a little detective work and find out who they are and if they have a criminal record, or maybe a warrant out for their arrest. Maybe their are illegal aliens there.
Begin recording video, taking pics, keeping a log or incidents, police contacts, everything. Make the local authorities do their job or threaten to sue them. They would rather not do their job if they can help it but you make them.
Your situation may not need some of the drastic actions I took. But remember, you get further with a kind word and a gun than with just a kind word.
I am thinking about creating the impression that I work for Immigration and Naturalization Service, maybe get a hat with that ID on it, and make inferences in our conversations.
