Note the more stringent level of p (0.01) rather than the 0.5 used in “statistical fishing” studies.
I lay in the sun 20 minutes a day, 5 minutes a side. Cover my head
K2+D3 (one pill) is good with zinc.
Anyone here have thoughts on D2 versus D3 supplements? Thanks.
I’m going to need to read and re-read those first few sentences with a fine toothed comb.
I will openly admit to being somewhat flummoxed by the terminologies used. Many of those terms seem to cancel out the other. Now, where did I leave that Thinking Cap?
Try it yourself and see.
Get some vitamin D.
don’t take the recommended daily amount (RDA) take 10 times that amount for a week straight.
You will notice a difference. You may feel better than you have in years. You could take an entire bottle and it wouldn’t hurt you.
Get some magnesium too! important or else you might get muscle cramps.
Ping!
I did not read the article, but I’m recently out of the hospital from a bout with the unknown. The unknown set me off into some crazy World I can’t remember being. I only know what happened by those that were with me in the hospital, and my wife who spent every hour of every day for two weeks to get me out of there.
The experience cost me two months of my life with no memory of what happened, and wreaked havoc with my entire system.
The VA doctor assigned figured out what happened finally, and only recently. I had been ingesting too much vitamin D in fear of catching the CCP virus, which in turn caused my calcium count to spike, and consequently some sort of chain reaction occurred.
We are still trying to find out more about what happened, but please anybody inclined to take vitamin D do so with caution, and refrain from the old “well, if one is good for me, then a second will be even better” we all tell ourselves occasionally.
The VA assigned hospice personnel were asking me, and my wife to provide them with the name of our preferred mortuary. So far we haven’t done so as it appears we are beating this thing.
I take enough D3 to be worried about it. one small pill of 50,000IU 2x/wk. also NAC, K2, Quercitin, zinc, C daily.
Thanks for the post, from the article:
“Improvement of serum vit.D level to 80–100 ng/ml has significantly reduced the inflammatory markers without any side effects”
10,000 units of D3 for me on a daily basis. I also take Zinc.
Immune dysregulation in COVID-19 is marked by increased inflammatory biomarkers such as N/L ratio, CRP, LDH, IL6 and Ferritin. Vitamin D is a potential immunomodulator and its adjunctive role in the treatment of COVID-19 is established by this study. Improvement of serum vit.D level to 80–100 ng/ml has significantly reduced the inflammatory markers without any side effects. Hence, adjunctive Pulse D therapy can be added safely to the existing treatment protocols of COVID-19.
FWIW, I've been taking 10,000 iu of D3 daily for years. Same amount of time since I've been sick. I've been tested for COVID three times, all negative. I'm not getting the vax because I don't trust it. Haven't worn a silly, ineffective mask either.
Send me a FReepmail if you'd like to know the other ingredients in my regimen.
