Anyone here have thoughts on D2 versus D3 supplements? Thanks.
I don’t see why someone would take D2 instead of D3 unless they were a vegan and concerned about where the Vitamin D comes from. From what I’ve read, D3 is better at raising your level.
D3 is drastically superior to D2, much much better absorption.
Only reason for D2 used to be people avoiding animal products (vegan), but there are D3 sources from sheep wool now

I went to the Costco pharmacy and asked the pharmacist what was the difference between D and D3.
He leaned forward and told me ‘there is no difference at all’.
I bought a 2 pack of D3, 360 tabs each and take one every day, or two or three as I think of it.
Mr. mm is on D supplements and he was told to take D3 because it was metabolized better.
