I did not read the article, but I’m recently out of the hospital from a bout with the unknown. The unknown set me off into some crazy World I can’t remember being. I only know what happened by those that were with me in the hospital, and my wife who spent every hour of every day for two weeks to get me out of there.
The experience cost me two months of my life with no memory of what happened, and wreaked havoc with my entire system.
The VA doctor assigned figured out what happened finally, and only recently. I had been ingesting too much vitamin D in fear of catching the CCP virus, which in turn caused my calcium count to spike, and consequently some sort of chain reaction occurred.
We are still trying to find out more about what happened, but please anybody inclined to take vitamin D do so with caution, and refrain from the old “well, if one is good for me, then a second will be even better” we all tell ourselves occasionally.
The VA assigned hospice personnel were asking me, and my wife to provide them with the name of our preferred mortuary. So far we haven’t done so as it appears we are beating this thing.
How much were you taking a day?
That’s strange one. I’ve never heard of that before. How much D were you taking?
How much Vit D and was it D3, were you taking before you got sick?
Taking D3 drive up blood levels of calcium.
K2 will take the calcium out of the blood again, and will put it into the bones and teeth where it belongs.
Just get blood levels monitored, and take it with K2-mk7 and magnesium.
If one is not getting one’s blood levels of D monitored annually, one should probably not be taking *any* D3 beyond the RDA. Getting sunshine daily, if possible, is better BUT if one has a crappy diet, all bets are off as to whether one’s skin will make the D in sufficient quantities.
Blanket discouraging people getting vitD based on personal stories is also very I’ll advised. We have Pharma trolls here on FR, and the last thing they want is for others to get their health and wellness via natural approaches.
I hope everyone here reads your post! There are definite side effects of you take too much.
