In a rare picture of bipartisanship, Americans from both sides of the aisle say they will continue to wear masks while in the Walmart bathroom.
100% of Democrats and 100% of Republicans both said they would continue wearing the masks whenever they are forced through some cruel twist of fate to enter the Walmart bathroom, no matter what their position on masking is outside the restrooms at America's favorite superstore.
"Usually, we find that positions on masking are split roughly along partisan lines," said Dr. Shelby Prior, head of mask research at UC Davis. "But the incredible thing here is that virtually every American in the entire country said they agree the masks are still needed in the Walmart bathroom, pandemic or no pandemic."
The vast majority of those surveyed said they wished they had known about masks before the COVID-19 pandemic, with one man saying he will "never again venture into that place of darkness and death without a protective face covering."

George Michael wishes he’d worn a mask in that park restroom.
Good one!
I think crossing the DMZ to use a North Korean bathroom would be safer than using a Walmart bathroom
Let's don't get cheeky now Mr. Fool.
lol
Pee Wee Herman said the same thing about that Park encounter in Ft Worth (Texas y’all).

Knock Knock!
Who's there?
Pee Wee's playhouse!
Oh, no way in hell would I go into a WM bathroom.
Just don’t push the hand dryer button. Blows the covid all over the place.
Bathrooms are the worst place that a person should place a porous piece of cloth over their faces.
Toilets are known to send tiny poop chunks airborne.
I get that it’s satire. However, the restroom at my local Walmart has always been well maintained.
Also never seen Pee Wee or George Michael there.
No effing joke. Never has there been a full-wind hurricane germifier than the Dyson Air Blade models utilized at Costco.
The problem is uncontrolled immigrants bringing all the classic diseases back.
I am generally a non maskwearer, but when there are a lot of short, dark people around, my instincts tell me to hold my breath and get away. I’ve always avoided public toilets at all costs for #2.
Maybe we could have a system where there are free toilets for the trash, and $1 per use toilets for the civilized.
I'm old enough to remember pay toilets, and towels made of real cloth that came on a spool.
Come to think of it, the old pay toilet restrooms were pretty clean.
Who does #2 work for?
Those things are horrible. And they don’t dry your hands, unless you stand there interminably.
My local grocery has them - and no more paper towels!
(What the heck was wrong with paper towels?)
“I’m old enough to remember pay toilets, and towels made of real cloth that came on a spool.”
I’m also “old enough”. Picking up dad at the train station, a daily ritual for my my mom and I of five years, I remember the facilities available to the clientele (who were mostly upper middle class). Strongest stale urine smell, dirt floor, no doors, no running water, no sit down options... Hard to believe that was mid sixties suburbia. Of course there were also dairy farms and traveling circuses with similar ambiance.
Life was awesome then.
I was rather surprised (this was in the 1980s) to see in suburban Maryland (not far outside of Washington, DC) a little train station whose "facilities" were the classic little wooden house: a one-seater with a spool of toilet paper, no running water. I thought it was a joke and then reconsidered the suroundings.
They worked, partner, that's what was wrong with them.
And the nation we live in now is anti-work, anti-sense, anti-American, when you get right down to it.
I'd bet a million bucks that someone wipes down old Joe with good old paper, several times a day, at least.
LOL!
(I hope they use something...softer. He doesn’t seem able to handle much rough treatment...Man!)
