I used to go to IHOPs, but most times they were too crowded and too noisy. Now, (post-COVID) there are probably restrictions on how many can be seated in the Dining Room.
So, that means less elbow to elbow dining. Less long waits in the Lobby, waiting for an open table. The menus are probably still huge and laminated.

I just gained 10 pounds and my cholesterol count went up 50% just by looking at that picture. I’m no health nut. And yes I would enjoy eating stuff like that. But no more than once a year.

See, that's just fixing what isn't broken. The whole point of bacon is that it's thin, crisp, almost melts in your mouth. Delicious. Don't mess with what doesn't need messing with.

If you have a lot of real diners around you, IHOP simply can’t compare. Another chain that has gone downhill in food quality with employees that don’t give a crap.
