I used to go to IHOPs, but most times they were too crowded and too noisy. Now, (post-COVID) there are probably restrictions on how many can be seated in the Dining Room.
So, that means less elbow to elbow dining. Less long waits in the Lobby, waiting for an open table. The menus are probably still huge and laminated.

I don’t know how IHOP is now, but on a road trip last fall from one free state to another, we had to overnight in a democrat shutdown state. The only dine in restaurant we could locate was an IHOP. Almost completely empty, limited menu printed on paper.

Denny's went to disposable paper menus after the lockdown ended in Phoenix last year. All that eco-reuse business goes right out the window when the PANDEMIC is in play.
