Dubai is at least a bit less 9th Century than most Arab countries. I've been there several times...it's an interesting place for sure.

Interesting thread. Man “flew from Las Vegas to Dubai.” Much research is needed before gambling in Las Vegas (2% odds) and traveling to Dubai (barbaric rules).
