March 29, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) –A founder of one of the largest independent laboratories in Idaho is declaring loud and clear that the greatest weapon against the coronavirus is Vitamin D.

“(The) biggest lost message in this entire pandemic is Vitamin D. It is the master key to your immune system, the master key. So we don't just have a viral pandemic, we have an international Vitamin D deficiency pandemic – i.e., 70 percent of the world is immune-suppressed,” Dr. Ryan Cole, founder of Cole Diagnostics, said during a March Capitol Clarity talk hosted by the Idaho Freedom Foundation.

Lose weight. 80% of those who died are overweight.

I find it interesting that so little emphasis on weight loss has been mentioned in the 'battle' against COVID...many of the 'health care' workers preaching about the dangers of COVID are obese themselves...I don't see a lot of thinner nurses and techs at our local doctor's offices and hospitals.

“would like to recommend MY To Your Health vitamin & mineral liquid. It has everything”

It looks good, and I like the liquid form, but Zinc @15mg and Vit D @1000iu looks low even if it is better absorbed.

72% of Americans over age 20 are overweight, so that would follow.

Yup, I’ve been on 4000 units of D3 for about a year. Almost never wear a diaper except where I think some jerk, mask-Nazi might yell and throw bricks at me. If I got this flu, I never knew it. Never had a flu vaccine either... ever.

My ortho surgeon prescribed 5,000 units/day of D3 for the month before and the month after my hip replacement in June (as well as other supplements). I felt so good that I never stopped and — knock wood — haven’t been sick.

D3 makes my mom and sister extremely nauseous so they had to stop.

I take 2,000 units a day and have been for over a year and a half. My former co-worker caught COVID in December, 2019 (she has antibodies) and was on a ventilator for a week. I got sick (I sat next to her) but healed up within a week. The virus was here a long time before March, 2020. I am also Type O and do not take Ace Inhibitors...I am allergic to them.

I had been taking 2500 vit D every day since March 2020. Had blood tests in Dec. and D level was 30. I walk regularly, proper weight BMI 22. I doubled to 5000 D to attempt to get levels you to 40-50. Levels below 30 are considered deficient. Without D supplements healthy me was deficient, likely by a lot. Get a blood test and take what you need.

Regarding masks, I just saw this:

“Part of my parole, I’m not allowed to wear a mask in public.”

“That usually shuts people up.”

LOL

Add magnesium - 400 mg/day.

Dr. David Samadi, MD
Oct 28, 2020
Boost your immune system: 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 with 100 MCG of Vitamin K2 400 MG of Magnesium 1000 MG of Vitamin C 50 MG of Zinc Every day! Let’s stay healthy during the flu season! Talk to your doctor first to make sure.

Evidently, magnesium “activates” D3. Over 50% of the population is deficient in magnesium.

That is probably a good idea. I need to get blood work for something else, I should ask to have that done.

I was on separate D3/Zinc/C for a while but have chosen a Walmart brand of multivitamin that gives me most of what I need - I take 25mg of extra zinc every other day to keep the levels up (zinc lingers in the system for a bit) and I take an extra 500mg of C each day. Other than that, I take 1000 mg of Quercetin every other day and about a gram of Ivermectin every 4 weeks. Been doing it for almost 5 months and not taking any special precautions and still not sick - if I caught the bug, it was very gentle on my 68 year old body.

Great, summer is coming. This should be a good boost for all the nudist camps. Natural Vit D is the best way.

I’ve been taking 3,000 iu of vitamin D along with A, C, B complex Magesium, Zinc and Selenium every day for 35 years. I’m 60 now, strong heathy and NEVER get sick. When I started it was real crackpot stuff and you could only get vitamins in vitamin store and you had to defy every single doctor and health “expert”. Vitamins were my first introduction to the fake news industrial complex.

This is anecdotal but typically the people I know that came down with this virus do not take Vitamin D supplements. In fact, they tend to scoff at me when I suggest that Vitamin D would help protect them, like I'm some kind of conspiracy nut. They literally think that masking, staying indoors and getting vaccinated is the key.

Ironically, staying indoors keeps them from getting Vitamin D naturally. So they are really Vitamin D deficient and so no wonder their immune systems are not that good.

I don’t know why most people can’t understand this simple truth: The amount of vitamin D you take is not the core issue. What matters is the vitamin D level in your blood. If you haven’t had this tested, you are in the dark.

Am I taking enough?
Do I need to cut back or take more?
How can I know?
You can know only by having your vitamin D blood level tested.

D3 makes my mom and sister extremely nauseous so they had to stop.

I would suggest that it is possible that something else caused the nausea. Being vitamin D deficient is a very serious condition, and MUST be corrected.

That is a brilliant point.
Another common denominator is lack of exercise.
In other words, overweight folks who are docile will more than likely suffer worse.
