The disturbing series of events during the summer of 2019 resulted in an investigation that made its way to the highest echelons of the Navy.
In July of 2019, a truly bizarre series of events unfolded around California’s Channel Islands. Over a number of days, groups of unidentified aircraft, which the U.S. Navy simply refers to as ‘drones’ or 'UAVs,' pursued that service's vessels, prompting a high-level investigation.

Launched from a CCP submarine no doubt.
Good thing we have secure borders and no worries about armies of sleeper jihadis waiting for the “go” signal.
So shoot them down.
Russian and Now Red Chinese have used this area to spy on our bases. There is also a rumor or a large undersea base off the coast. Off Mugu Rock. Just a test by the CCP or perhaps a UFO craft getting ready for the invasion.
Interesting article.
I figure ChiComs or this, as quoted from the article:
“To be sure, San Clemente Island and nearby training area FLETA HOT are hosts to a bevy of testing, which can include classified programs. Is it possible that the drones were operated by the military itself in an errant test of some kind?”
But I don’t know why it needs to be assumed it was an “errant” test.
Drone v drone.
We don’t have drone interceptors?
Outrageous.
Whoever is responsible for these drones needs to understand that flying around a U.S. Navy warship will result in a serious investigation with emails going right up the chain of command all the way to the Sec. of the Navy.
When the Captain was asked "Sir, should we shoot one down?" He responded, "are you crazy? What if they are being flown by persons of color or perhaps LBGTQ people. We can't take such a chance."
"A serious investigation will get to the bottom of this and there will be hell to pay."
When the Navy finds the person responsible, they will send a strongly worded letter.
Yep. They’re called guns.
A sophisticated Aegis-equipped ship are concerned about drones? Where is the video?
Aren’t these ships equipped with MK 15 Phalanx Close-In Weapons Systems.
They’ve tested a bunch of different systems, but I don’t believe anything has been purchased yet, large scale. We do, however, have some of the best electronic counter measures (ECM) available today. If the drones were being piloted remotely, then it’s hard to believe those ECM were ineffective.
The article, while lengthy and well-researched, still is missing a significant amount of critical information that’s needed before any conclusions can be drawn. Like, what ECM s were or were not deployed, and why.
If the ECM response was ineffective, that’s a problem (presuming they’re not ours) for two reasons: One, they have a way to remotely pilot these craft that’s impervious to our currently deployed countermeasures. Or, they’re on a kind of AI auto-pilot. Neither of those possibilities is good for us.
They might be.
All this technology and sophistication yet no quality video. Seems a bit odd.
I think most reasonable people would agree that it is obviously a UFO craft getting ready for an invasion. Underwater CCP bas is just a little too out there.
“Like, what ECM s were or were not deployed, and why.”
As I understand it, you don’t use them until you need to, don’t tip your hand. These drones could have been “ferrets”. Cheap ferrets, too.
As an aside, drones don't usually hover for hours.
And if one was hovering over a helipad, someone got a pretty good look at it...and photos.
Well, with the Russians currently unsure if they can put any of their ships to sea without them catching on fire and possible sinking, it’s hard to see them constructing an undersea base off the coast of Encinitas.
Even that island the Chicoms built is apparently sinking. And that big-ass dam they built is leaning towards collapse. UFO’s might just be the more believable explanation, at this point.
That’s a good point.
