Asolid majority of voters think males who identify as females should nevertheless be barred from participating in women's sports leagues, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen.
Fifty-six percent said women's sports teams should remain single-sex environments, regardless of the professed identity of a participant. Just 27% disagreed, while 17% were unsure.

President Biden on his first day in office signed an executive order indicating that his administration would support efforts to allow transgender individuals on those teams.
Growing evidence suggests that male athletes who identify as female maintain marked advantages over women and girls in many cases, even after months or years on synthetic estrogen supplements.
The survey of 1,200 Registered Voters was conducted by Rasmussen using a mixed mode approach from Feb. 4-6, 2021.

I have been told thousands of times that women are equal to men.
I hope we have a draft for our next meaningless war...
Let THEM explain to these girls, who have trained and worked so hard to get to the top...just to have it stolen by people who never should have been allowed to participate in the first place
Eventually that might work. But even the most stupid government projects take years and years to close down, if ever.
In the meantime think of all the girls who would otherwise be successful athletes who are instead completely pushed “to the back of the bus”.
There is a difference in telling girls they have to make it on their own and in putting them in competition with a 200 lb. Olympic class competitor, which could happen under the proposed rules.
Maybe we should go back to the original Olympics....compete naked and if you have male plumbing you go with those that also do.
How can you say it’s okay or don’t know when you see women who have worked their buns off being beaten by a bully...aka...a pretend woman....aka...known as a man.

The point of the entire process has nothing to do with women’s sports, it’s to show that an organized, state-supported splinter can force its will on the majority. And they are.
men who think they are women should be required to compete against other men who think they are women. Other women who think they are men should compete against other women who think they are men. Men who think they are women should also have to use the same restroom, locker, and shower facilities as other men who think they are women. There, was that so hard.
Majority of voters think males who identify as females should be undergoing in-depth psychological while being incarcerated and the parents should imprisoned for child to adult endangerment.

Liberals cannot have it both ways. They want redefine genders then they have to let all comers into all sports. They should even do away with gender based sports altogether since there are no genders.
Make a 3rd category:
Transgenders
Wouldn't you actually need a third and a fourth new category - one for male-to-female transsexuals and one for female-to-male transsexuals?

If an alien was observing the US simply by watching TV and looking on the internet, he would think 95% of Americans were on board with the full panoply of postmodern gender theory nonsense. But whenever you put it up for a vote with a secret ballot, even in liberal cities and states, the woke side loses by double-digit margins.

I think that you misunderstood me.
I was not attempting to argue as a Leftist would argue. I was attempting to argue as a (reasonable but "compassionate") Conservative might argue: Males should be allowed to compete only against males, females only against females, male-to-female transsexuals only against male-to-female transsexuals, and female-to-male transsexuals only against female-to-male transsexuals.
That would at least be fair.
