Asolid majority of voters think males who identify as females should nevertheless be barred from participating in women's sports leagues, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen.
Fifty-six percent said women's sports teams should remain single-sex environments, regardless of the professed identity of a participant. Just 27% disagreed, while 17% were unsure.

President Biden on his first day in office signed an executive order indicating that his administration would support efforts to allow transgender individuals on those teams.
Growing evidence suggests that male athletes who identify as female maintain marked advantages over women and girls in many cases, even after months or years on synthetic estrogen supplements.
The survey of 1,200 Registered Voters was conducted by Rasmussen using a mixed mode approach from Feb. 4-6, 2021.

What should happen is that a third sports category be created where all trans athletes compete against each other and let those born as females and those born as males compete as they have in the past....each against their own.
That would close forever this stupid topic.
At the same time, there’s 44% who think YES - we should allow biological males to compete in women’s sports, or “aren’t sure.”
If the kid has XX chromosomes, they play girl’s sports...
If the kid has XY chromosomes, they play boy’s sports...
It doesn’t matter who/what they THINK they are.......

“Growing evidence” my patootie! It is a FACT the male body has built-in advantages NOT related to hormones. More lung capacity, stronger upper body, lower body fat requirement, ability to turn blood into energy and so many other factors mean that born males will have a DEFINITE advantage over born females.
The people who keep going on about science completely ignore science when it suits their agenda.

Many years ago I did volunteer work in a real insane asylum—when they still existed.
The inmates there were _much_ more reasonable than today’s leftist politicians—not even close.

Men are born with larger lungs and the ability to process O-2 to the cells then to the muscles in a manner that is superior to the biological born female body.
This is pure provable physiology and proven scientific fact.
Chemicals can reduce muscle mass but they can not change lung size/capacity therefore science/doctors and pharmaceuticals can not change reduce the male born body to the same levels of the female body.
It simply is not possible at this point in time.
The bottom line is that female born bodies are functionally unequal with male born bodies. Period.
Unequal, that means that female born athletes are not given an equal chance of competing and or winning when they have to go head to head with bio male physiology.
You have just removed everything based on “EQUALITY” from the event.
You never gain equality for one group of people by taking that same “equal” away from another group of people.
The LGBT community does not want to be equal in this issue, they want biological based preference.
It makes too much plain sense therefore, in this upside down world, it’ll never fly.
I suspect that most ‘woke’ women now understand that participating in sports is not permitted by those who lead ‘the cause’.

My kids are grown up now, but if they were in High School, I would be DEMANDING that they compete in girls’ athletics (assuming that they couldn’t win in boys’ athletics).
Why? Because the way you DEFEAT the Left is doing just what Alinsky said - Make THEM play by THEIR OWN RULES. Let THEM explain to these girls, who have trained and worked so hard to get to the top...just to have it stolen by people who never should have been allowed to participate in the first place. Let THEM tell the girls that they’re out of luck and need to be barefoot and pregnant (and cook) for their men, instead.
Likewise, I don’t support laws protecting girls - make THEM and their parents bitch at the Democrats, who started and defend this nightmare. We had nothing to do with it, and it is NOT our mess to clean up.

The only sex-related right that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect is limited to voting protections evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

So not only should Biden be impeached for making unconstitutional EOs that favor the politically correct LGBT agenda, but many likewise corrupt lawmakers in the desperate Democratic-controlled Congress need to lose their jobs under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for letting Biden get away with making unconstitutional EOs.
