Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I do believe we're settling in for a good, old-fashioned, time-tested, Communist take down. This takes prayer and nerves of steel, but the President's actions regarding China show that he's not going anywhere.
The strategy makes sense from a practical standpoint - you can't arrest part of the coup while the others are in place, and we knew the "military is the only way."
This video linked by SheepWhisperer (classic communist purge) provides details. At the 25 minute mark, he says that Trump will continue to project both strategies (leaving office, kicking up the tension with China 'cause he's staying). This will continue right up to the take down.
At the end, the whistleblower says he'd flee the US if the Communist takedown fails. Obviouslyl I don't agree with him! This is about freedom around the world, involved allies and patriots world wide. The Communists can worry about "fleeing". :D
