I’m not as familiar with the FEMA stuff something I have to dig into, but what he’s saying makes sense based on how he’s framing it.
I disagree with him that the military can’t be used in a policing role - because he doesn’t discuss the insurrection act at all. If the IA is enacted then posse comintatus (spelling?) restrictions can be lifted per the law.
I can understand why they may not want to go that route for visuals, but I don’t see how they reverse the electoral college actions if they don’t.
Personally I think government at all levels have too much power and one of the actions we need to take moving forward is ripping that away. They need to practice more servant leadership in government and remember they represent us and do not rule us.

The FBI admitted Tuesday it received information ahead of the Jan. 6 tragedy suggesting some participants were planning a “war” on the Capitol, including killing officers and distributing maps of the complex.
