Jack P. had said on the war room that he was scheduled to speak at the Capital location. So POTUS tweeted an invitation and a location at a place that is 45 min. at least away from the Capital. Then delayed his supporters further by being late.
Parkes may see an opportunity to get attention (and new adherents) for his real cause - his 5d consciousness jazz by latching on to our National crisis which has generated many facets of controversy and theories that are not difficult to access.
