Why isn’t beer on the list?
Beer is there. #25. You just have to drink Stout all day to see the benefits.
I study the labels for preservatives as at my age I need all I can get.
To preserve your health, might I suggest 8 fl oz of formaldehyde each day.
get diverticulitis and go on a clear liquid diet and you will see amazing things happen to your face
I agree, it’s really important to control free radicals.
Later.
I would recommend gin. Back in my drinking days, a few martinis would be all it took to make me the best looking guy in the bar.
“...it’s really important to control free radicals.”
Let’s see...Pelosi, Schumer, Waters, Cortez, Sanders, Harris, Biden, Jackson, Warren, Buttigieg, Klobuchar, most of the left coast, New York......doesn’t appear we are doing a real good job controlling the radicals. They are still free.

I don’t know my stress this year is out the roof. I am in healthcare pharmacy. I know some of these patients have virus. Some people do fine with it but I know others of different ages that did not. I fear being a carrier and giving it to one of my elderly loved ones
I am 80.5 years old, and I can easily clear 4 foot high hurdles. I eat fried foods a lot such as fried chicken and fried shrimp. I also like pizza with sausage & cheese.
I seldom eat any of the healthy foods listed in OP (original post). Because I have found the best method to stay young...aerobic treadmill exercise EVERY DAY covering 1.10 miles at 24 miles/hour speed and set 2 degrees up slope. This has made it possible to quit taking my blood pressure medicines, all aches and pains in hip joints and knees are gone, and I can even remember what I had for breakfast LOL.
Age 100 looks easy target if I can drag my butt to the gym for treadmill every day. Goal is to reach 100 without aches and pains and zero medications.
“you will see amazing things happen to your face”
Please elaborate...
1. Garlic
At a distance, you look younger.
Congratulations...
So...
A baseball bat isn’t?

Don’t you think that’s a little “tall” for somebody your age?
the weight in your face comes off very quickly and your skin looks so different when it happened to me
Yeah, but it's just getting back up off of there that is the big problem.
