I am 80.5 years old, and I can easily clear 4 foot high hurdles. I eat fried foods a lot such as fried chicken and fried shrimp. I also like pizza with sausage & cheese.
I seldom eat any of the healthy foods listed in OP (original post). Because I have found the best method to stay young...aerobic treadmill exercise EVERY DAY covering 1.10 miles at 24 miles/hour speed and set 2 degrees up slope. This has made it possible to quit taking my blood pressure medicines, all aches and pains in hip joints and knees are gone, and I can even remember what I had for breakfast LOL.
Age 100 looks easy target if I can drag my butt to the gym for treadmill every day. Goal is to reach 100 without aches and pains and zero medications.

The ones looking to live forever are the ones afraid of dying. The only ones afraid of dying are the ones afraid of the afterlife.
When my time comes I'm cool with it - I just hope I go making a difference or doing something I enjoy.

Even my wrinkles are kept mostly at bay with aerobic daily exercise. People think I am 15 years younger than my actual age.

4 Cinnamon “Many herbs and spices, including cloves, cinnamon, and oregano, are powerful, concentrated sources of antioxidants,” says Dr. Katta. “These antioxidants act to quench the damaging effects of free radicals. In fact, I call herbs and spices triple threats, because they’ve been shown to combat all three of the major forces that age our skin.”
Good to research which of the Cinnamon sources to use and doses - some such as “Saigon” varity has stuff in it you don’t want in your body.

Anybody that promotes green tea needs to look at older Japanese people. They sure do not age well. Maybe that is because of Green tea?
