Since Texas filed the suit, over 20 states have joined or expressed an interest in joining. As it now stands, the following states are seeking a Supreme Court remedy to the November 3 election: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida.20+ states (red) seek to sue four battleground states (blue)
Late last night in Idaho, the Republican Party overruled the state’s Attorney General, also a Republican, to file an amicus brief seeking to participate in the lawsuit, as Media Right News reported.
Wyoming announced its likely participation in the lawsuit this morning, with the state’s lawmakers sending a letter to the governor that requests the state’s Attorney General to participate in the lawsuit.
Lawmakers in Wyoming have indicated their official participation is forthcoming, with Wyoming Sen. Bo Biteman writing “The Governor responded to my email within minutes and has asked the Attorney General to look into the matter. Stay tuned!”

Most of the GOP legislators in PA did file an amicus brief supporting Texas.
Sort of
The Ohio AG must have written a pretty down the middle brief. Did a search and half the articles say he opposes Texas and half say he supports. lol
That's because if they joined as plaintiffs they would have to state a complaint and the defendants would have to be given time to respond. Filing amici allows them to state whatever they want and the defense doesn't have to respond so there is no need to delay. These filings are serious. Don't doubt it.

Not as good as SD, but better than most.
“...I don’t really understand why this took a month and a week to get to this point…”
I accidentally omitted it. Sorry.
All I did was google the title to find it again.
It’s not rocket surgery.
They should have a petition that people from blue state governors can sign so that they know that most people in blue states are for Trump. Especially Oregon because our votes here have not counted for twenty YEARS.
you will have to search the docket or FR or google.
Its been posted here at least once
42% of Americans versus four corrupt Democrat city machines.

I put it up above. Just google the title.
“Thought Ohio’s AG was against it — did the Ohio assembly pull an Idaho and override him?”
The Ohio AG, Yost, agrees with the suit but disagrees with the requested remedy. Yost says it is up to the state legislatures to decide what to do with the electors, not SCOTUS. He is actually correct. However, he filed in support of the Texas suit’s claims.
Dems cannot afford Spy Gate and all the Chinese favors becoming public and prosecuted hence the urgency to get rid of Trump
Oh absolutely.
But just like everything progs do, when the going gets tight they refuse to think it through and do stupid things that come back on them.
When they realized the extent of the monster landslide win Trump was getting and stopped the count they should have known right then there was no way to conceal the level of fraud needed to bridge the gap.
So like an addicted gambler they went for it thinking the prog media could convince everyone there might be a few isolated "mistakes" but everything was on the up and up and kept right on taping the cardboard over the windows...
.
He is partially correct, but mostly wrong. The actual Constitutional remedy is that the House of Representatives through state caucuses chose the POTUS, just like the Constitution says.
“. The
Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the
President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole
Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than
one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of
Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately
chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person
have a Majority, then from the fi ve highest on the List
the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President.
But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by
States, the Representation from each State having one Vote;
A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or
Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of
all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case,
after the Choice of the President, the Person having the
greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice
President. But if there should remain two or more who
have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President.]*”
When you look at our past and what we once were. Wondrous! Unbelievable!
The left today looks back and defines America purely by racism and sexism, but it was a values based society, and those values were nobel. People were independent, self reliant, freedom was an idea in the forefront, and policy makers considered moral implications. America was a beacon of liberty around the globe, it was the last best hope those seeking freedom around the world came to.
Don’t forget Pennsylvania filed in support of the law suit against Pennsylvania. Yeah they did
Our block in the legislature re. calling a special session appears to be strong arming by the Senate leadership and Lt Governor, which has kept senate R votes below what is needed to call a special session.
