I think that states had to certify election results before lawsuits could move forward, but I could well be wrong. I know that one state’s reply, was basically, Texas had no standing, Texas’s complaint didn’t rise to SCOTUS standard of seriousness, and Texas’s lawsuit wasn’t ‘timely’

I do think the corrupt PA court said precisely that

What is heartbreaking, though, is that they violated the Constitution when they changed the method of choosing electors without the legislature’s consent in each of these states....and that was months ago.

The harm suffered was to the Constitution itself, and to a republican form of state government....and the inevitable fallout from that was a corrupt “election”.

Sigh.
